This article is a review done by the author, to show women the importance of physical activity in daily life focused to reach a behavioral change, and a preventive attitude to improve health. It starts from some women’s questioning, to state their attitudes facing physical activity. It shows the results of studies done in other countries, and also informs data of investigations. Moreover, it includes the physical, psychological and emotional benefits of physical activity for everybody. The objective is to show women, solid indicators and preventive behaviors, to guide physical activity, stating different possibilities of physical activity and its importance.
