La educación como proceso holístico, la comunicación participativa y la motivación, principales elementos del cambio

Abstract

For cultural, political and social advance in Colombia, a radical change in a holistic educative process, is needed, containing all aspects of human being: knowledge, affection and social areas. To obtain this process three fundamental elements are needed:

1. Unity in the conception of education.
2. Effective communication.
3. Motivation for change.

With these three elements, the educators, of any level of education, may establish common rules, instead of working independently; level of comprehension, analysis, synthesis and evaluation will be worked with the students, necessary for the scientific advance, obtaining from their students truly compromise and energy to overcome the difficulties generated from change.
